Chef - Hot Kitchen

Shift: Morning shift 7am - 3pm, Payrate: $36.93 p/h for AM shift

• Your duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Central Dish Assembling as per approved recipe for economic/business/first class
• Cooking for Airline First Class and Business class's appetizer
• Cold Dish assembling, fruit portioning, cheese cutting, garnish prep
• Special meal prep, VIP charter prep and packing, etc

Requirement

• For Chef role, must have min Certificate III in commercial cookery
• Require previous knife handling experience in kitchen
• Experience in bulk cooking enviroment will be highly regarded
• Available to work a 5-day roster (including public holidays, weekends, and morning or afternoon shifts).
• Full Australian working rights without hours limit
